These Terms of Use are entered into by and between you and Doctor on Care Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, or “us”), and govern your access to and use of the website www.learnanythinglanka.com (collectively, the “Site”), as well as all associated services, features, and content (the “Services”). Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

If you are under the age of majority in Sri Lanka, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to open an account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without prior liability.
2.2. Registration and Credentials

- To systematically scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform for commercial purposes or to train third-party artificial intelligence/algorithmic models without express written authorization.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Company Intellectual Property
The Services, course content, text, graphics, videos, code, logos, and branding are the sole property of Doctor on Care Pvt Ltd or its licensors and are protected under the Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003 of Sri Lanka. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for personal learning. You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our courses without written consent.
4.2. User Contributions Licence
By uploading User Content to learnanythinglanka.com, you grant Doctor on Care Pvt Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, store, display, copy, and distribute your content strictly for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving the educational platform.
5. Intellectual Property Infringement Complaints
If you believe in good faith that any content hosted on learnanythinglanka.com infringes your copyright under Sri Lankan law, please notify us immediately via our web contact forms or at our official company email address with the following details:
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL or location of the infringing material on our site.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is unauthorized.
6. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Termination
Doctor on Care Pvt Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
- Remove or refuse to post any User Contribution for any or no reason.
- Disclose user identity to law enforcement authorities in Sri Lanka if required by legal process or systemic violations of the law.
- Suspend or terminate your account and block access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for breaches of these Terms, non-payment of course fees, or fraudulent financial activities.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use, their interpretation, and any disputes arising out of your use of learnanythinglanka.com shall be governed strictly by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any legal actions or proceedings must be brought exclusively before the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Sri Lanka.
